Here’s the promise: We will gladly replace a Walls Outdoor Goods garment with an equal or better item, or a refund, if you are not satisfied for any reason. You can be confident in our guarantee because we’re confident in what we make. If something is not meeting your expectations, CONTACT US. We want to make it right.

Here’s what you need to know.

To claim the guarantee, just show us a receipt of purchase made from an authorized retailer. The reason? We can’t control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, and we don’t want non-scrutinized parties making our—your—outdoor work wear experience anything less than great. So unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Tough As Nails Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Let’s keep this real, McCoy. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
